Levera AI helps businesses respond to direct messages, provide information about their products and services, identify potential leads and purchase or booking intent, automate certain customer interactions, and direct customers to checkout, website, or booking pages where they can purchase products or services or complete bookings.

This Privacy Policy explains how Levera Software, Inc. collects, uses, processes, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you:

  • Create or use a Levera AI account;
  • Subscribe to or use Levera AI;

Information We Process for Our Own Business

If you communicated with a business through Instagram, Facebook, or another communication channel and wish to access, correct, or delete information associated with that interaction, you should normally contact that business directly.

Where required by applicable law or our contractual obligations, Levera will assist business customers in responding to verified privacy requests.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Service and which features you or the applicable business use.

A. Account and Business Information

  • Messages and conversation history;

General-Purpose AI Model Training

Levera does not use customer conversation content to train general-purpose AI models.

Customer information may be processed to provide and improve AI functionality specifically for the applicable business customer and to provide the Service.

Where Levera uses third-party AI service providers to provide Service functionality, we take appropriate steps designed to require those providers to process information according to our instructions and applicable contractual requirements.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to analyze, maintain, develop, and improve the Service where that information can no longer reasonably identify an individual.

Automated Systems

Artificial intelligence and automated systems may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses or classifications.

Businesses using Levera AI are responsible for providing accurate business information, properly configuring their automations, monitoring automated responses where appropriate, and maintaining appropriate human oversight.

Levera AI should not be used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on an individual without appropriate human review.

We may obtain personal information:

When you authorize Levera AI to connect to a social-media account, we process information made available through that platform according to the permissions granted to Levera.

Revoking access or disconnecting an account may prevent certain features of the Service from operating.

Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily delete information previously processed through that integration.

Payments for Levera AI subscriptions and certain transactions facilitated through the Service may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Levera generally does not store complete payment-card numbers.

For transactions between businesses using Levera AI and their customers, the applicable business remains the seller or service provider. Levera provides the technology that may direct or facilitate the customer's path to checkout but does not itself sell the business customer's products or services.

Businesses using Levera AI are responsible for complying with privacy and data-protection requirements applicable to their businesses and customers.

Depending on applicable law, these responsibilities may include:

  • Obtaining required consent;
